Our Mission
Our goal is to provide affordable technology to all water polo coaches, players, and fans. CB Water Polo offers the information needed to help you and your team #CoachBetterPlaySmarter! We started with an iOS and web app to help coaches move beyond the paper notebook of stats recording, and now we provide analytical feedback, via our stats page, so coaches can scout opponents and make in game and post game adjustments. Let’s Coach Better together!
We've spent countless hours in the pool and on deck and now we're applying the same dedication to improving connectivity between the water polo communities.

Meet the team
Clark, founder
Clark Barry is a seasoned computer engineer with a passion for improving athletic community platforms. From 2010-2014, Clark competed as a Division 1 Water Polo Goalie where he took home 4 NCAA titles. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast, succulent grower, and coffee connoisseur. Clark graduated from University of Southern California with a BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
Joey, co-founder
Joey Gullikson is currently the Associate Head Coach for the men’s and women’s water polo programs at the University of the Pacific. He loves a good underdog story and working to evolve the game of water polo. Joey graduated from Pacific in 2011, helping lead the tigers to a #4 national ranking. He loves going to the beach, reading, and eating ice cream on the couch while watching Netflix with his wife and dog. Joey graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.A. in Sport Pedagogy and a M.A. in Sports Management.
